Payment is due in full at the time of service. If you are late for your appointment the time will be adjusted accordingly; the full payment will be required. If you need to cancel an appointment a 24 hours notice is required.  The 24 hour notice does not apply in bad weather conditions.  

 

For anyone under the age of 18 an adult or guardian must be present during the treatment.
